Being Your Best is about becoming more aware of how your attitudes and choices determine your professional success. This course enables you to come to terms with who you are, what you have to offer, and where you want to go in your work life.

You will explore your beliefs about work and what motivates you to succeed. You will learn how to use you creativity and intuitiion, clarify the roles you play at work, adapt to change, and achieve your goals

Michael Baroff

Michael Baroff has consulted with a wide-range of business, government and nonprofit organizations to improve work performance and achieve strategic outcomes for over 25 years. He is the developer and facilitator of The Inner Work of Work Coaching Yourself for Improved Performance series (Being Your Best; Getting Along with Others and Contributing to Your Company's Success.Michael has served as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and on the boards of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), and International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). He has taught at UCLA Extension Department of Business and Management, Santa Monica College Office of Workforce and Economic Development, and the Esalen Institute.
